*Zion Hill Baptist Church
to Present Forms & Effects of Domestic Violence from a Survivors Perspective.
In October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Moms at the Town Clock Residence received gifts of paparazzi jewelry and a copy of "Bruised but not Broken" - Stories of Survival from Domestic & Intimate Partner Abuse by author Parthenia Warford. These gifts were provided by the "Adopt A Mom" gift-giving initiative supporters.
In September, Liberating Women, LLC collaborated with First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens to send clean drinking water to residents of Jackson, Mississippi.
Moms at the Town Clock CDC Residence received gifts of paparazzi jewelry and gift cards from the "Adopt A Mom" gift-giving initiative supporters.
Families at the Town Clock CDC Residence & The Millicent Fenwick House Residents received gifts from the "Adopt A Mom" gift-giving initiative supporters.
The "Adopt A Mom" gift-giving initiative and Supporters stocked the pantry and refrigerators of a local Domestic Violence Safe-house.
Minister Angel Cruz of Liberating Women, LLC collaborated with Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated - Omega Mu Zeta Chapter & Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated - Chi Sigma Chapter, to conduct a Domestic Violence program bringing Awareness & Resources to Domestic Violence Victims and Survivors with Pastor Edgar Milton Jr..
